We all could use some support.

I’m energized by helping women balance the endless demands on their time and energy, to become more comfortable with themselves and their choices.

As a mom of three, and former entrepreneur and tech employee, I intimately understand the challenges of modern motherhood, which creates a never ending to-do list that can fuel a sense of inadequacy and guilt. (And amidst all that it can be difficult to maintain a sense of self.)

I partner with my clients to strike a balance and re-evaluate priorities to live in alignment with their core values.

On the professional side, my career has spanned various roles and industries, from the early days at Google to running my own education startup and then leading a global nonprofit showcasing women in tech. I am passionate about pushing myself to learn and grow. I received my BA from UCLA and my Masters from Stanford, and am taking coaching courses through Co-Active Training Institute.

Nowadays, I stay connected to the tech industry as an angel investor and advisor.

I’ve taken a creative approach to designing my life, personally and professionally, and have built a number of useful habits along the way. Coaching is a way I can share those habits and tips with others who are navigating similar circumstances.

I have an adventurous spirit and enjoy exploring new places, cultures and ways of life. During my time at UCLA, I spent a semester living in Sevilla, Spain and completed a summer internship (through the UCDC program) in Washington DC. After receiving my undergraduate degree I spent a year teaching English in Japan on the JET Program.
